I’m at the park for my morning run, the place is packed with people doing all sorts of things such as walking, jogging, bicycling, skating, Tai Chi, etc. I’ve just finished and saw someone doing various cool-down stretches which I immediately thought would be great to incorporate into my own regimen.
Have you ever been similarly inspired when seeing someone else exercise?
