Sleep at night when the boids are sleeping.

EXACTLY -- I complain to others about it and they tell me to enjoy the lovely sound of the birds' welcoming the sun and brand new day.

But I don't particularly enjoy the sun -  my favorite part of the day is when the sun goes down.
And, at 4:30am (sometimes even earlier), I'm trying to sleep. The birds' constant cacophony literally can wake me up. And they then never stop screaming.  :)

I sympathize.  I live on a tree-lined block and they start chirping at 3:30 AM.  It's worse in early spring when their preparing nests and laying their eggs.  When the chicks hatch, it's non-stop squawking.  Makes me want to move somewhere there are no birds.  This morning, though, the birdsong is very melodic.
