Mine's about 40 for water and 80 for electric.
Unless you know someone's usage, billing cycles and location ... comparing utility costs is really meaningless.
Also someone might have a small apt compared to a huge house ... no insulation ... or very well-insulated, energy-saving appliances or not .. etc.
Might be a better comparison to divide your kilowatts used by your total bill.
My rate for the current month is $0.18118 per kilowatt.
It varies depending on temps.
My association fees are 135 a month. But that covers my laundry room and that kind of thing.
I'm not comparing anything. I could care less. This is just a question to see who says what. Do you think I care? I don't care.
That's a LOT but you have a house too.
What the hell does that even mean?
Electricity USD130, Water negiligible
kilowatt-hour
A kilowatt hour is the amount of electricity used for a one-bar electric heater switched on for one hour, or ten 100 Watt light bulbs switched on for one hour etc
It is how the utility company measures your usage and charges a fixed rate for each kilowatt used. Then they add all the taxes and other fees to get to your total bill.
By dividing the total bill by the kw used you get your total cost for electricity.
Kilowatts will vary depending on demand day to day. Winter/summer etc.
Usage will also depend on square footage of home, efficiency of your homes insulation and appliances used.
nothing,im in hud housing so its included with my rent
Wow ... no need to get testy .. lol
