Sharonna (Sharon) and I love each like brother and sister, and we also alternate from that love to fight each other like cats and dogs every now and then. I miss her terribly, even the fighting.

There’s = There + is
The subject noun would have to be a plural, and the verb would have to agree with it. For instance:
There’s a person with whom I disagree.
There’re people with whom I disagree.
I don’t like it when you talk about me like this.
