If your car were to be stolen RIGHT NOW and you were to report it to the police immediately, one of the first pieces of information they’ll

ask for is the license plate number.

Question: How many of you know this information by heart?
(Depending on where you are when your car is stolen, a second source of information might not be readily available to you.)

1.  I do.

2.  Mine is easy to remember; I have personalized plates.

3.  I think I know mine, well, I’m pretty sure I do.

4.  Meh, I have it written down on a piece of paper that I keep in the car. Hey, wait . . .

5.  Report it?  Heck, I need the insurance money.

6.  Look over there, Randy D, a whole bunch of typos!  (Grabs Randy’s car keys, jumps in his car and speeds off to a chop shop.)

7.  I have several photos of different angles of my car, my plate, and the VIN saved in my phone.

8.  Two or more of the above.

9. None of the above/other answer.

I do, it’s not personalized but it‘s very easy to remember.

    So that’s either 1 or 9.

    1. Yes.

And for some reason, I also still remember the license plate numbers of the first 2 cars I remember my parent owning (way back in the 60's).
