    Wild Schwein, aka Boar is excellent.  The Spar and Mekur usually have it stock.

    Those suckers are mean, sneaky and very dangerous.  If you have a Jaegers (hunting) License here you are required when called upon to do your duty and shoot them. You do get the keep or sell the meat.  there are generally folks who are waiting in line for the opportunity to by fresh shot boar
