Are 36 candidates too many for Governor?

Seriously?
Especially when the state doesn't print a voter pamphlet.

5 Democrats
15 Republicans ... I do like how they say "Trump Republican" or "pre-2016 Republican".  LOL

"GoodSpaceGuy" is a candidate.
I wonder if that is his actual online name, somewhere?

Propertarianist Party?  Had to look that up.

Back in 2003 when Governor Gray Davis was recalled in California, there were 135 candidates on the ballot vying to replace him.  (258 “people” filed, but for one reason or another most didn’t make the ballot).   Some of those who did make it to the ballot were, Gallagher (the comedian), Larry Flint (Playboy), Gary Coleman (Wha'choo talkin' 'bout, Willis?),and Arnold Schwarzenegger (Conan).

Correction: Larry Flint was Hustler magazine, Bob Guccione was Playboy magazine.

They are. Unless, of course, they're not.
