    Car accident injury.  I got about $45,000 after the attorney's cut.  This was about 26 yrs ago.

    I am currently ... trying to get a moocher off my property.
    I made the mistake of doing an "owner carry" mortgage, and she stopped paying Jan 2019.
    She knows just how to work the system, and I'm finally (hopefully) to the point we can evict her the end of August.
    She would have already been evicted, if the d**n Governor hadn't ordered a moratorium on evictions.

    Yes in short I was rear ended.  The guys insurance company tried screwing me and broke several tenants of the Law.  It took an attorney from my insurance company to file suit for treble damages.  The other guys insurance company saw it my way and paid up with damages and attorneys fees This post was edited by Archerchef at July 28, 2020 1:03 PM MDT
