  • Delicious....it needs some plankton sprinkles.

  • This would make sense except that I added some minced garlic to the asparagus. Peach obviously wouldn’t work.

Peach might not work for you, but it would for me. No objective reality to it.

Honey pairs with everything. But not on the same plate.

  • Honey is pretty universal.

Honey ice cream is the bomb. Golden North is one of the very few things I'm gluttonous about.

    Vanilla. Or strawberry. Or mint.

I'm more of a Sherbert kind of  guy but I think Rum and raison ice cream might  go good with it. Cheers!

  • The best ice creams for dessert after grilled chicken and asparagus are either vanilla or butter pecan.

    In your opinion.

  • I could get behind butter pecan.  That actually sounds like it would pair nicely.

That's a matter of personal taste; there's no objective reality. I would prefer chocolate, chocolate/vanilla swirl, or even better, a pint of Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia (that's cherry/chocolate chip).

  • Hey if the wine people can go on about perfect meal pairings so can the ice cream people.
