Is it likely that a group of Beatles impersonators stole Jaimie's mop? To do the hair?

  I think a more likely scenario is that the staff at the “clinic” (cough, cough) took the mop away from her due to the regulations prohibiting any dangerous objects being left within the reach of the “residents” (cough, cough). It’s for her own good so that she doesn’t harm herself.
