Do you, or did you ever feel like the lady in HR is punking you with the team building exercises/ seminars?

    I’m just watching a prep video for one I have to go to next week...so I may hang myself over the weekend to avoid it all lol.

    I learned a long time ago that HR is not the employees' friend and have as little to do with them as possible.  When they do these video seminars from work, and they have been doing a lot of them lately because so many people are working from home and feel stressed, I just delete them.

    I couldn’t delete the video I was watching on Friday Cos have some group sessions regarding them on Tuesday and Wednesday. After an hour and half of watching videos about blind men and elephant trunks I have no idea what is going on and I’m so dreading what’s to come in the group exercises lol.

    I don't even bother to start them so I don't have to delete them.  Of course, one or two are mandatory, so I have to do them, but anything that's voluntary, I delete.
