NOT including the use of make-up, cosmetics, toner, foundation, tanning, bleaching, whitening, etc, have you ever wished your skin was naturally darker or lighter than it is?
Well, being tanned by living part of your life in the outdoors is natural too. If my tan lines will be disturbing to me? No, I love my skin in its white complexion where the sun doesn't get to shine as much. ;-)

My friend, you're really misdirecting the point of the question. One's environment, yes, does have an impact on their complexion, but it alters the natural complexion, therefore, it is no longer natural. Similar to the sun bleaching a person's hair color, the fact that it's bleached makes it different from its natural color. ~
What is natural? Looking at the nature and its colors, are the green leaves not natural? Are the red and brown leaves in the autumn not natural? How about rocks and the color of the sea? What is the 'correct' natural color?
I'm not referring to all of nature, just to complexions. Just because a particular person's skin tone or people's skin tones in general do not have an equivalent among leaves, rock, trees, rivers, soil, moss, etc., does not exclude those skin tones from having a natural 'default' inherent to them.
Sometimes I wish I was white because then I'd avoid being racially profiled as a goddamn terrorist just because I'm brown and have the last name Hassan. I'm not even a Muslim, nor am I Middle-Eastern, yet I get profiled as being a terrorist. It sucks.
