Why don't anyone say 'flop flip' instead of 'flip flop'?

Or zag zig instead of zig zag,  'clop clip' ..ling-a-ding, etc.

      Less or more, it’s just parcel and part of the way things are done, or the outs and ins. In some ways, it reminds me of the jelly and peanut butter sandwich I had for lunch today: you work yourself nail and tooth to the bone without realizing that it all comes down to a choice to either cut bait or fish, it could get you a lot and a house.
