I've had many trainers, but not in the way that you might think. They weren't the "traditional" personal trainers one normally thinks of though, because I chose to interpret your question a bit differently. My personal trainers are some of those I've encountered throughout my lifetime who have taught me many of life's valuable lessons, whether by positive or negative means. So although I don't go to the gym down the street to improve my physical appearance, I have made improvements within by choosing what behavior to emulate as well as what behavior to avoid.
