      I like far too many songs by Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show to assign a single favorite, and that doesn’t change over time wherein one of their songs takes precedent for me over others.

    You've probably heard this one, maybe. Based on your references to big hair bands, I'm guessing we're about the same age. I remember it playing on the school bus when I was in elementary school.

    I guess I have heard some of their songs. Of what has been posted I would "The Cover of Rolling Stone."  But I did not know who sung them. Lol.

    Oh I  bet you know who they are. They were big rock  singers - they had golden fingers and they were loved everwere they would go.  They sang about beauty and they sang about truth at $10.000  a show.     So Good. They’re one of my favourite bands. My dad had all the records and I used to listen them all the time when I was growing up. I love them.
