Do you listen to music while you're showering or are you some kind of psycho?

    I’m some kind of psycho lol. It’s funny Cos I listen to music all day and night. If I’m working and not in A meeting or on a call,  music on. If I’m doing anything at home, including here, music on. Driving, music on, but  never in the shower. I know it’s weird but I never play music in shower.

    You probably need a break! :)

    My brain can only comfortably handle about 2 minutes of silence, unless I'm outdoors. I'm amazed at how being in nature really quiets my mind. 

    I force myself to put on classical music when I am working and really need to concentrate. It helps. I get distracted by lyrics. :)

    Classical is really the only type of music I don’t like, that and modern country. I want to like it but I just can’t. I liked  one classical song that I heard in the Doors movie, but I hate all the rest.

    I'm a piano nerd, too. I mostly listen to piano pieces, rather than a full orchestra.

    Bernard Herrmann composed my favorite music score from any movie - - his music score for "Psycho"    - -  and the movie has a shower scene.

    That's scary!! I don't like violence or gore. I love suspense, though. 

    Glad I have dogs who would bark their heads off if anyone came in my house! :)

    If you've not seen the movie, and you watched that scene, that scene is the most gruesome in the movie. As far as gore and violence, the scene is possibly pretty tame in comparison to some movies I've seen. Yet, the scene -- and entire movie -- is still scary for sure, though, like you said.

    I guess I'm a psycho haha. The shower radios and such are neat. However if I had music on in there, I'd be in the shower much longer than needed. I'm really just in there to warm up, wash and rinse, as I should be. This post was edited by Nightwolf5 at August 24, 2020 6:19 AM MDT

    I just listen on my phone, which sits on the sink. Good point, on the longer than necessary shower. I try to keep it to a 3 song limit. :)
