Do you think that you weigh yourself too often?

I have a buddy who weighs himself daily, which in turn makes him bonkers about how heavy he is. He does not have a healthy diet at all, nor does he ever exercise, so I don’t know what miracle he expects when he steps on the scale. I, on the other hand, have moderately healthy diet and I exercise fanatically, but I go several months without weighing myself. I’m just not very interested in nor curious about how much I weigh. He is incredulous that I don’t obsess about my weight, I am equally incredulous that he obsessed about his yet does nothing to maintain better health. I have invited him time and time again to join me in exercising, which is when he expresses doubts about my level of sanity.

    Don't have a scale,
    so not too often.
When i see a scale in a clients house
I will weigh this body, but it stresses me out,
down 10 lbs from what it usually weighs.
Only at 129 now...ah well, it is what it is...haha

I don't weigh myself instead I tap my stomach and if I sound like a Snare drum I know that I am in tune and I haven't put any weight on.  Cheers!

I only get weighed when I go to the doctor. I don't care how much I weigh. I have been hovering between 155 and 160 for twenty years.
