    I don't have any big plastic bowls in my cupboard but if I did I would only use them  for puking in - we only store our food in glass containers because they are better  for a person's health and better for the enviroment. Anyway this question made me think of that scene in Wayne's World were Garth handed the Head Banger  a tiny paper cone  cup and said - if you are going to hurl - hurl in this.     I feel like what those bowls are meant for, the puke. lol I don’t have any plastic bowls either so I better not get sick :)

    We use them for salads, seasoning and marinating meat, fish, and poultry for cooking, and food storage. The porcelain bowl in the bathroom is more appropriate for blowing chunks. In the US, you see, we have an amazing invention called indoor plumbing.
