Does anyone here have official plans for their eventual deaths?

Legally speaking, I mean. Official documents, et al.

Slart, the use of capital letters should have been your first clue.

I will die but have no idea how but if i  stilli am  in one piece my body will go to the place where student medical people cut me up for their educational purposes.
I just been procrastinating about getting the paperwork fixed up so that can happen.

Yeah, very little official paperwork here. My children pretty much know my wishes, but certain things have to be official.

A couple of our vehicle titles do have a designated Transfer on Death person.  But that is all.

No one really enjoys planning their death, do they?

I have a will, a Death with Dignity directive (DNR, no inordinate live-saving meausres, no pain).  I'm in the process of trying to list all my assets and who holds them.  I have also directed one of my nieces that I am to be cremated and buried in a bio-friendly manner.  I think I'm covered.

You might also want to look into green cremation. Traditional cremation is not eco-friendly.

Good for you! I'm sure it does provide some level of peace of mind, doesn't it?

Well, I remember how difficult it was trying to marshall my parent's estates when they passed away and I was determined not to make my family jump through the same hoops.
