They are all trying to decide who is going to water the plant. 

This is a step by step guide for a married man (pictured wearing a blue shirt) on how he WILL act at an upcoming party.

You see, Margaret, his wife (pictured top center) is throwing a “get well soon” party for Blanche (pictured top left) who, “supposedly”, broke her ankle a few days ago while making sandwiches in her kitchen (although no one’s seen the x-rays).  Margaret, being a good host, wants her parry to be successful.  Therefore, she’s given her husband (Trevor) a card demonstrating how he WILL act during the upcoming party.  (Note the arrows).

* He is to be polite to Blanche (yes, dear).

* He is to offer drinks to the other guests and NOT drink them himself (yes, dear).

* He is to pick up empty glasses from the other guests and not pour any residual drink into the plants AND he is to engage in meaningful conversation (nothing related to sports or bodily functions), all while not neglecting Blanche (yes, dear).

He finally got himself a wig and he wants to see if people are much impressed by his new look

I have no idea.
