    Yes, they're lying.  No, I haven't said that.  I worked in retail for 30 years.  Believe me... EVERYONE'S rude!

    Ha ha I don't think anyone has ever accused me of not being rude and I do hold my hand up to that. But in my opinion I am only rude to those who deserve it!  To most people, from pretty much most persuasion I am kind, caring, polite and would go out of my way to help them. But yes, it may be wrong of me, but there's some people, of a certain kind, that I consider fair game as targets for my alter-ego :P
