The only exception is the French fries are off the wagon for me. I would make sliced zucchini, each slice topped with a pepperoni and cheese then cooked in the oven until the cheese looks crispy. Marinara sauce would be good to dip them in if it was low carb and low sugar.

Those aren't those anaemic shoelaces you guys call "French fries" (despite the fact that they aren't even remotely French). They are proper thick cut English chips.
For breakfast, I had a low carb tortilla slathered lightly in a mixture of spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, and sweet basil with a sprinkle of sharp cheddar, parmesan cheese and bacon cooked xx crispy. All wrapped up for a delightful breakfast.
i would prob go in the kitchen and make a turkey sandwich with havarti cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato. plus i got this really good bread with like seeds on it
