    Probably Joe Biden. 

    You would think Trump should win because he's just had four years experience being president and Joe no experience but Trump  seems be having a problem with some character defects.

    Then do you know what kind and to what extent of changes will be made in/around the/this world after Joe Biden is in compare to how the world is now with the Donald Trump?

    With a fair count, Donnie doesn't have a prayer. AZ, NV and WI have definitely flipped, the postals are hauling in Trump's early leads in PA and MI, and even GA may well turn blue for the first time in a generation.
    Of course the in-person votes were for His Royal Orangeness, most of his supporters still think that COVID-19 is some bizarre sort of Chinese hoax (despite 230000 deaths). The sensible folks voted safely, by mail. That's why he wants to stop the count, he's losing and losing badly.

    Biden is currently ahead, but by a slim margin.  However, if I were Trump, I'd start pulling my suitcases out of the closet now.
