I'm not an expert in US state law. Neither are you. This guy is, and he says the veto is absolutely in play - a bill is a bill is a bill.

It is not a bill. Constitution gives the power solely to the legislature and Amendment 12 confirms it.

Neither you or I is an expert in state law. The links I posted is from a guy who actually knows what he is talking about, as is this article:

Constitution is clear. MI law also clear...it goes to the legislature to determine.  Not the Governor. Governor has no power in it, the laws all give sole power to the state legislature.

Again Courts will decide if it comes to that.

Recounting illegal votes means NOTHING.  This will be settled in the court.

Also the allegations about Detroit are pure bologna. It's a city of over a half million (70% POC), less than half of them voted - any fraud there points in the OTHER direction, ie mostly black voters disenfranchised/removed from the rolls between the time their votes were mailed in and the count.

    The numbers do not balance.

Detroit has 30,000 more voter registered than they have eligable voters. So much for removed before they can vote... Yes just under half voted but it was higher percentage than in 2016.

Again, horse puckey. Detroit has more adult citizens than votes cast.

Not about adult citizens.  It is about legal adults eligible to vote.  But upon farther research the city did update their registration roles.  Removing the roughly 2500 dead people. And 5000 who were registered 2 and 3 times. Taking over 30k of ineligible voters in Jun of 2020. My data was from Dec 2019-Jun 2020.
This is why we should never just mail out ballots.  It places extra ballots in the public that anyone could return. Especially when courts and politicians remove what little safeguards there are for mail in ballots.

Georgia has certified Biden as the winner. In Michigan, the Senate majority and House speaker, both Republicans, said that they have seen nothing to prevent them from following the law and declaring Biden the winner. So it doesn't look like there will be any miracles to save Trump's a$$ from being a one-term president. Better luck in 2024, m2c!

It will come out in the courts.  They are building the evidence for election fraud (not voter fraud so much as that is not likely to result in any flips) in multiple states.

What courts? None of the lawsuits have gone anywhere, and several have been withdrawn.

Did you hear about Dominion (voting matching company) refusing to talk to PN legislators, lawyering up and closing the offices? Why would the do that?

Dominion is refusing to comment on baseless allegations and lawyering up to enter counter suits for libel.

Maybe but it looks bad...looking like the are hiding something. Why leave the area? Why would 40% of their employees remove themselves from linked in since the election? Why not testify to the PN committee to clear their name?

The PN committee had no evidence based questions to answer, and the employees are under threat from Trumpicans who believe their ridiculous god's tweets. He sued a Nevada elector (a Navy vet who has faced issues with homelessness) for doing her job, for crying out loud.

Are you suggesting that they have an obligation to subject themselves to meaningless harassment because somebody has made allegations against them that are not true?

I believe that if their customer.  The people of the state of PN have questions they want answers to, the company should go and answer those question honestly while under oath.

If there was so much fraud, some be evidence of it would have leaked by now. Even Tucker Carlson said it's time for them to show evidence or move on, and he's on their side.
