Because there are a lot A LOT of stupid, cowardly, lazy morons in the world who just want to follow the easiest path there is. Blaming is the easiest fastest method of passing the buck, in exchange for the big perk of hiding faults attributed to oneself that must be corrected.

People of this nature will do this until no one responds anymore. I have seen this on other sites and sometimes it takes a long time, but the incessant whiners wear out their welcome eventually.

Because they are adept at putting the onus upon someone else. No fault, no responsibility. High grounds have never felt so dry. Thinking about it, it's a foolproof. If you shift the burden of responsibility onto those you have made feel week and insecure, however erroneous your logic, you are as they say, high and dry. Damn clever in its own way.
