AZ County ignoring State Legislator warrants to submit voting machines for audit. Will they face any consequences? What are they hiding?

I can't see anything wrong with checking the voting machines - but why not do it everywhere? Check every single one.

I did a search to see if I could find reasons why AZ County ignored State Legislator warrants. Since a warrant is a legal compulsion, there probably would be consequences.

One could assume AZ is hiding, but one could equally assume that they think it's ridiculous and that if they simply wait the issue will blow over.

It seems way out of date now - happened 22 days ago and much has happened since.

I agree check all the machines.  Personally, I do not trust any computer to count election voted. Computers do what they are programmed to do...
It is being in a new court case. But there are rumors of possible vote by AZ state lawmakers to decertify because of this and other evidence.

We should audit them all for the sake of the country's election integrity.

There's no point. Biden won and Trump lost. Nothing will change that reality. Deal with it already.

We don't know who won...that is the problem. Biden may have...but there is enough evidence that it should be investigated. We seen enough on video that needs investigated and any guilty parties should be should be put in jail. Whether it changes results or not.

Bullspit. None of this has been presented in court because it's too flimsy to hold up. Maybe YOU don't know who won, but WE do. Speak for yourself.

    I always speak for myself.
No...no court has ruled on the merits.  Just standing, and timing issues.
    Your right it is BullSpit.

With all the real issues facing the country, why is anyone wasting time on this nonsense?

There had been enough investigating and recounting. If Trump couldn't make sure the election was fair during four years in office and claiming the 2016 election was rigged, then he deserved to lose (as if he needed more reasons to get voted out). Let's move on and work on the urgent issue of people in dire financial straits and dying from an out of control pandemic. Right after the President returns from his golf vacation, of course. Because ... priorities.

Who investigated?  Who listened to the evidence?
People cannot truly believe there was no fraud...it is not video. It is in the legal records (laws), it is in audio, it is in at least one audit of the computers, it is in the voting records of ineligible people voting...
Perhaps we should quit with the lockdowns and let people work. That is the only thing going to help the people. And that is on the Governors and local leaders. This post was edited by my2cents at December 24, 2020 4:06 AM MST

Election integrity was never a problem until we had a president with no integrity.

They may have returned all the defective machines  and are waiting to either get their money back or have them replaced.

I do not have problem with tech generally. But I do not believe computers should be counting our votes. Computers do as they are programmed to do. And an unscrupulous programmer can do much damage.  Votes we counted wrong in MI (6,000 in one county)  This is unacceptable. AZ will not even honor the warrent for audit of their machines.
