    In that case, I do not think the amounts of time or effort have any relevance at all. 

    See section 4 paragraph 7 of "Rules of imaginary Internet Liaisons" for further clarification.

    If a woman's lucky enough to have two men interested in her at the same time, she gets to choose who she says yes to.
    Time and effort may give a brutha the advantage, but men are very different and it may be that she chooses according to other factors.
    She might also refuse both if neither suits her taste.

    Yes, a woman should take into account that stalking is illegal in most US states make sure the 'brutha' is first in line for legal recourse.
