Did Mnuchin pull a fast one or does the "head" know about this?

Per Steve Mnuchine tweet

"US Treasury has delivered a payment file to the Federal Reserve for Americans Economic Impact Payments. These payments may begin to arrive in some accounts by direct deposit as early as tonight (Tuesday) and will continue into next week. "

Mnuchin also tweeted that paper checks will begin to go out on Wednesday. That's today folks!

    As I read, direct deposit will start today and finish up next week.  Paper checks will start to go out  Monday (unless trump wants to insert a gloat in them again).  The republicans overrode trumps veto.
