What are some valid reasons to install cameras inside of refrigerators? (Sandwich-related or not.)

Inspired by some (strange) answers and comments to this question that I posted earlier: https://answermug.com/forums/topic/122930/photo-caption-confusion-randy-d-thought-she-was-deciding-what-k/view/post_id/867147

    * To see if the light really does go out when the door is closed. (I got $30 riding on this)

    * To see if that fuzzy thing way in back moves when no one's looking.
(ahem).. I mean, to keep an close eye on your "science experiment".

    * To see which cat is leaving just a drop of milk in the milk container (just drink it all!!)

    * To see if you really sleepwalk (the cats say you do, and that you ate the pie in the fridge while doing it).

    * So one  can see what you need to buy while you're at the store (you know, a "smart" fridge would load itself).

    * So no one will steal them (like the ones you put in the tree next to your neighbors bedroom window).

    * Why not?

Yes, Shuhak, the light really does go out when you close the fridge door. :)  What I don't understand is why there's no light in the freezer.  It's more packed in there than in the bottom.

Strange, there are lights in my freezer (LG has put lights everywhere... even in the bottom load freezer.   (question is, do those lights go out  once I close the freezer door).

I think the light is only on the bottom freezers or, perhaps, the side-by-side ones which are lit by the interior of the fridge itself.

Mine is a french door (freezer is on the bottom).  LG stuck LED lights all over in there, which light up everything.

Why do they call it a 'French' door? Do we lick it?

Because they are always full of fine wine.

If you bring your lunch to work and it keeps disappearing, it would be nice to know who owes you for the food.

If they'll steal your limburger and salami sandwich - with your name clearly written all over it in bold neon pen, they'll steal the cameras too.  (Yet for some reason, no one even touches Lisa's bean sprout, spinach, zucchini and garlic smoothie that's been in there since last Thanksgiving.)

Not that I would have snagged anyone else’s lunch anyway, the prevalence of guacamole and Mayo would have been a sufficient deterrent to me personally . . .

No Australians nor Australianites have ever been at any workplace of mine.

I would be more concerned with the cleanliness of the utensils used by someone I didn't know.

Never mind cameras, I want klaxons and flashing lights that activate whenever the fridge is opened - unless you hold down a button too high for my grandson to reach ...

It gives a whole new meaning to “honey mustard”. Speaking of which, I may as well stock up!  Bye, I’m headed for the grocery store!
