I'm History shows us that, as we progress, borders disappear. Should we CONTINUE to progress, or leave the borders ALONE?

Hello:

If you DOUBT what I say, consider the borders between tribes that have long ago disappeared..

Country borders do not disappear unless the country is not longer in existance.

    Hello my:

Yes, it's true..  But, I'm not talking about tomorrow.  Someday, the people of earth WILL be united, with NO artificial lines anywhere..

Yes, borders disappear. That do not mean borders are 'BAD'. it means that as time and technology progress borders start getting in the way of trade and travel.

example: flying from the US to Buenos Aires, how much time do you spend flying, and how much time do you spend getting through the airport (both ends) and how much time do you spend making sure your passport and visa is valid. The faster the airplane, the more annoying the 'secondary' necessities become ;-))

A good example of borders disappearing look at the European Union. Within, borders still exist on maps but you can freely travel and live in any of the countries.

In time I think borders will disappear but not till the aggressive governments cease to exist.

No, smaller autonomies will form. There will be more 'countries' and more borders.
