Have you ever met your doppelgänger, or even a closely similar specimen?
There was a guy in elementary school in whom many other students saw a resemblance to me (funny, I never heard it from adults), I did not see our supposed resemblance myself, and neither did he. ~
Some time ago over a period of about a year I was approached several times by strangers who told me that my appearance was so much resembling a friend or relative of theirs. I never met any of the persons though anyway.
Doppleganger phenomenon happens when our genes run out of options same as sometimes you can find two snowflakes exactly alike when nature runs out of original designs.
