You mean how he ordered covid patients into nursing homes and prevented isolation of them, leading to the deaths of somewhere between 10 and 20k elderly people? What did he know about that and when? I don't know, I don't live in the guy's head.
We know people were screaming about it in the spring. When Gov was sending the virus into nursing homes. And making a daily press conference about covid. He knew then.
The industry was screaming about it before he did it. Seriously, what fool would not instinctively know not to do what he did?
He knew if patients in the rehab/long term facilities got sick they would be transferred to hospitals, and if they died he would count it as a "hospital" death not a "nursing home" death.
On his best day I cannot imagine why people would make him their governor.
