I just read that for HBP people who take chlorithalidone like I do, it may supply back some of the leached salt and other ingredients that your body needs to run smoothly normal. Of course you should consult your doctor first but I'm not going to. It is only wise for beginners to do 1mg to 3mg for not too much of a wallop at first. They say also like sleeping pills they are non addictive and I wonder why though. Toddlers can have seizures on it and it can interrupt your natural circadian rhythms to become groggy and useless. It acts to the dark coming on like a sensor of a light to switch on when it is needed at night so don't sleep in the light. Too much can give you headaches too.
