I’m the same way with squash, okra, kale, Brussel sprouts, water chestnuts, watercress, any and all dried/dehydrated fruits and vegetables, etc. Yuck! ~
I love bread and butter pickles on any kind of cheeseburger, hamburger, (and sloppy joes with a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom that gets "melty").
I even posted a question on the site one time about saying I thought I was the only human who preferred bread and butter pickles on hamburgers/cheeseburgers as opposed to dill. Why restaurants only serve sandwiches with dill, I don't know. :)
I like the bread and butter type also, it’s delicious. I will only slightly tolerate eating dill pickles every now and then, but not often. ~

I eat kosher and barrel pickles regularly. Someone mentioned beets up in the thread. I eat beets more days than I don't. I love them drained, cold, and sprinkled with vinegar.
I seem to have lost my taste for them. I used to like kosher pickles with corned beef and/or pastrami sandwiches, but I don't eat those any longer. I do love beets, though. Nothing better on a hot summer day than cold beet soup (borscht) with a dollop of sour cream and the beets at the bottom.
