Someone whom I'd never met insisted she'd met me. It wasn't terrible, just a bit annoying because of her insistence when I attempted to correct her.

(She's met my sister, who does resemble me. My sister confirmed that she had met the woman and that I wasn't there on that occasion.)

I am someone else. Who is this 'you' person?

Hold on a second. You’re not here, I’m here. You’re there, because if you were here, we’d both be here, not there. We could both be here at the same time, except that you’re not and I am.  So how can you be there and call it here when it’s clear that I am here while you are not? Please stop saying you’re here when you are not. So there!
