    If it's cold turkey on white bread with mayo, yes, of course. A hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, not so much.

    Whatever your heart desires, yes it is ok.  I think our bodies let us know when we are low on a particular vitamin or mineral. In my opinion I think it is good to follow particular cravings, using common sense of course.

      Having a moose burger every day with maple catsup and washing it down with Moosehead beer won’t make her Canadian, no matter how hard you try. I’m calling the police (IN THE UNITED STATES, THANK YOU VERY MUCH), and we’ll see about rescuing her. Grrrrrrr.
