I personally don't, but my daughter so strongly resembles my sister that my brother-in-law once mistook his niece for his wife (awkward), and my grandson gets called "Mini Me" by my son, his father.
Yes, a classmate when I was in elementary school. Many other students saw a resemblance between the two of us, I did not, nor did adults. ~
