Have you ever needed help with technology from a younger person?

I needed my daughter's help when I got a new phone.

My father-in-law asked me how to print from his computer, I said "control P", he said he hadn't been able to do that for years ...

My gal friend is 30 years younger than me and she is just as smart as a ten year old to help me with my phone problems.

My son helped me write a computer program for one of my chemistry classes. I don't have a smart phone, so I don't have to ask my grand daughter how to use it. My daughter recently tried to show me how to use an Ipad I had purchased. It was a dismal failure and I returned it.

I readily admit that I'm technologically a dinosaur.  I have a 10-15 year old LG flip phone that gets calls and sends calls although I can get text messages, too.  I am petrified about having to buy a smartphone.  It took me years to figure out the one I have, so if I can't figure a new one out, it's useless to me.  Same with my GPS.  My old one finally went  Bought a new one and it's so complicated that i can't figure out how to add addresses.

Nope. I usually figure out that stuff on my own.
