    Hmm... We're talking about a developing nation that was just nailed by a hurricane and, unless they have a wall up, lots of other places are a short boat ride away.

  • It could be hard if they know people and people are hiding them. I could imagine it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. That and Islands are much bigger than people actually think. Some look like they are small but are huge with other communities on the same Island or as Just Asking said only a boat ride away.
