  • I drink full-fat cow milk on a daily basis.  However, because I am lactose intolerant, I drink only a half-cup of milk each day.

    Only chocolate milk.  I do sometimes add a couple spoonfuls of milk to stir into a cup of ice cream to make a quasi shake.
