It fades. Very quickly. White tattoos are not recommended regardless of skin colour, they fade and the tatt usually ends up looking like a scar. An ethical artist will always try to dissuade customers who request white, and will often require customers to sign a disclaimer about fading to indemnify themselves if the customer insists on going ahead anyway.
