Have you ever been able to concoct an elaborate plan, formula or recipe that worked out well the first time?

  Many different plans, formulas, schemes, tricks, and ruses, yes!  Recipes not so much, because cooking isn’t my strong suit. I’ve dabbled, but even the few I’ve tried did not have a high success rate. 

  (Why do you ask; do you need a “Fixer”?)
