Why aren't people who feed and wait on 500lb and over charged with attempted murder.

Morbidly obese people can't get up to make their own meals.  Those who wait on them hand and foot and feed them all day long should be held accountable.

That's a very slippery slope that likely ends with forced institutionalization OR the end of some serious enabling and co-dependency.

    Nice, thought-provoking question!

You have been watching 'My 600 Pound Life." Sickening. Genetics or stupidity?

They don't get there alone.  Someone is feeding them, preparing their meals and in some cases wiping their butt because they can't reach it.  They should be held accountable.

That would be an overeach of goverment.

Do we also arrest people who "help" alcoholics/drug addicts?

People are responsible for their own actions.  Just because someone made a meal does not mean you have to eat it.

Would not feeding them or helping with hygiene also be abuse?

Gov/laws do not belong in this at all.

Maybe those people arn't charged because they didn't get the summons to appear in  court because the 500 pound person ate it. Cheers and happy weekend!
