What surgical procedures have you had?

Tonsils removed when I was 5 and a lobe of my lung removed due to cancer at age 70.

I have only had one surgical procedure when I was 7 or so - one of my familly jewels didin't drop. It was so long ago that they used ether to put people to sleep. Cheers and happy weekend!

Circumcision a few days after birth. Herniated umbilicus reduced shortly thereafter.
Tonsillectomy, 1979.
Vasectomy, 1994.
Wisdom teeth removed, 1997.
Discectomy and Lumbar fusion, 2010.
Thrombosed haemorrhoids removed, 2016.

Three on right wrist. One on the left.
Lumbar fusion.
Right shoulder replacement.
Left shoulder replacement in September.

1. Repair of 3 vertebrae in my neck and adding of a steel plate.
2. Reattaching of ear lobe. 
3. Wisdom teeth removal.
4. Emergency cesarean
5. Planned cesarean

none, just some stitches a few times. 

once from getting my foot stuck in a bicycle chain as a child.
And more recently when my kids fat head ripped my labia during childbirth
