Remember the baby blimps that flew over London when Guano visited several years ago? Know what flew over his Sarasote I WUZ ROBBED rally?

A plane with a banner behind it which read "LOSER PALOOZA". At least they welcomed him with something. Better than being ignored isn't it?

    In January, Congress sits in joint session to certify the election of the President and Vice President. In the year after the election, electoral documents are held at the OFR for public viewing, and then transferred to the Archives of the United States for permanent retention and access.  That's who certifies.

    No questions remain - just people who don't want to accept the results.

    Are you teasing me or are you serious Nanoose? That is the most delicious thing I've heard in aeons! You can actually put a pin prick in it to delfate it or is it under glass so no one can do what everyone would like to...well everyone who is anyone would!
