  • Rosie, I no longer know.
    I remember when young, my generation thought they would heal and reform the world,
    and for all our activism, we turned out to be nothing but storms in coffee mugs. Our efforts proved futile.

    Idealism belongs to the young my friend. They haven't suffered the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune yet.  When they do they will realize just as you do how futile what they thought was possible is. Sadly. Thank you for your thoughtful reply  hartfire and Happy Sunday! :)
