    I don't ask myself that.  I have the same breakfast every morning; a mix of Multi-Grain Cheerios, Basic 4, fresh raspberries, fresh blackberries and milk.

    Sounds pretty good.. for a change once in a while I would reply that I'd like a 3 piece fish and chips order.

    Three eggs over easy with 4 slices of buttered wheat toast and six strips of bacon and a heap of hash brown potatoes and strawberry jelly with orange juice and toast and coffee good to go. Vietnamese offer sausages. Espresso big mouth cup.

    The same way I answer myself for every other meal - "nothing".

    Depends on the day and what the is planned for the day.  Theis morning the answer was simple since this the off day from strenuous exercise;

    Coffee - a lot of it
    Toast with Jam
    One Plum

    Yesterday was a short run day, 5-6K.  So after my run

    Coffee
    Youghurt 200g
    Rasberries, & Blackberries
    Honey
    Musli 50g

    Diet coke and a cigarette. (That's not what I end up having.)
