Are you aware that the Cuban government is jamming ham radio signals in the 40 meter band?

The Cuban Government has shut down all lines of communication to the island including internet access and right now the people are in the middle of a Humanitarian Crisis. As soon as we started to pass information back and forth on 7/11 the Cuban totalitarian regime started to cause malicious interference on the SSB portion 40 Meter US Band from 7.125-7.175 making the section unusable.

      I have ABSOLUTELY no idea what it means in golf, nor how it applies to golf scoring, but being the word-nerd that I am, since early childhood I have been QUITE FAMILIAR with its meaning as an expression, idiom, or adage.

    The Cuban government has NOT "shut down all lines of communication to the island", merely the wavelengths it uses for emergency and classified intel (which civilians should not be on in any case). The anti-government protests in Havana are mainly driven by the economic inertia imposed by COVID-19 and the lack of publicly available vaccines - and that goes DIRECTLY to the decades-long US sanctions against Cuba, (which were made even more draconian by a President whose racism against Hispanics was obvious) and which the Biden administration has as yet failed to ease. All three companies which make proven vaccines are US-based, which means Cuba has a job getting them.
