    I'll put that in the PROBABLY WRONG category, because we'll NEVER know..  In the ordinary course of events the FBI NEVER announces an investigation.   My guess is he has..  But, investigations truly aren't the point, anyway.  It's the CHARGES they bring, if any.  So, if an investigation results in NOTHING happening, then the investigation itself isn't important..
