Yep changed my shoes to a couple of plastic bags after the other kids beat me up - stole my shoes and started calling me Cassy. Cheers!

Okay I think Cassy and Finnegan are from Mr. Dress up show. We’re getting our “Mr’s” mixed up lol :)

I guess I am getting them mixed up but at least I didn't say the kids would start calling me Rusty because Rusty was from the Friendly Giant and he was cool. Cheers!

Omg, I forgot about the Friendly Giant. Canada had the best kids shows, weird but the best lol.

Yeah, I hated romper room. She never said my name when she was seeing people in the mirror.

The people out where I live mostly keep to themselves.  It was nothing like the show.

  • I loved Eddie in those skits.  He was amazing!  I also loved him as Buckwheat singing!

Yes! SNL in the 80s really helped shape my sense of humor!

I think a trolly would make any neighbourhood better.

  • The people in our neighborhood are all 55+.  I thought it would be quiet and peaceful until the guy next door bought a souped up Mustang with a jet engine in it!!  Every time he starts that car .. my poor little head vibrates!

Surprise, Surprise.  I just found out that he totaled that car the other day!  I'm glad he's OK .. but won't miss living next door to the Batmobile!  He said he's going to get a more sensible car this time.

Bat mobile lol. I don’t understand people who buy mufflers to amplify the sound of their vehicles. I find it obnoxious as well. Glad he’s okay and that he’s put the bat mobile to rest for your sake :)

If anyone, I think Daffy Duck and Underdog very adequately prepped me.

In my other answer, I changed my 'take' on your question -- in fact, I basically ignored the important part of your question.

I went with fictional characters I loved and their just prepping me for life.

    Hope you're well, Jaimie.
